So today I start my journey to write down everything I am eating...this is the first step of what is going to be a very long journey for me. This is something that I must continue to do even though it will be hard. Even though I don't think that what I am eating is all that much, it has to be more than I think it is. This is my first step in admitting to myself that I have a problem and only I can fix it.
