Good for you! Surprisingly you'll find over time that veggies and fruit will actually taste better than the traditional snack foods. Don't deny yourself anything though, just make sure it's all in moderation. The food tracker has been my best friend. =)

Just keep pushing yourself everyday!! It will eventually come to you, even you fall back a few times!!

Well the first day wasn't too bad, but I overloaded after soccer coaching. Escargot en Brioche!! Please! I will try to do better choices but Shaun (my hubby) is definitely going to be a little hindrance, not that I fight him too hard on it. During the days I have better control, but at home, when I have 2 teenagers and a 5 year old all wanting snacks and a husband who loves treats, well, it is difficult, I will prevail one way or another.
