I don't mind the change. It is just one of the things that ushers in the holiday season.

Thanks for the heads up. I tend to forget that. I need more evening sun for walking!

I don't really know if I love it or not, but I do know that the time change is what makes it really feel like winter is starting!

I do not look forward to changing the wise we could set it one way and leave it. As the original reason for it does not apply anymore.

It seems like a nice idea to get an extra hour but I don't really like the change and when it goes back in the spring it's so hard. One year we showed up to church and were in a panic because nobody was there until someone drove by and told us it was daylight savings LOL!

I hate the time change. I would rather have the day light at night so the kids can go outside and play after school.

I hate it and love it. I love the night that we have it because I get an extra hour of sleep, but I hate how dark it is at this time of year. I suffer from depression and the daylight helps.

My crazy head thought it was two weeks ago for some reason. I set all my clocks back, only for my husband to tell me "not yet". I had to re-set them all back.

my wife hates dst. it is dark when she leaves for work and dark before she gets home. the depression sets in until the time changes back

I hate to see DST end. I immediately look up when it will start again and mark my calendar.
I am unable to drive at night so I hate to see the early darkness. emoticon

So happy the sun will be up before I leave for sad it will be dark by the time I get home. I guess it's payback for the abundance of light all summer but dang these short days stink.

I like the extra hour. I like it being light earlier in the morning so I can go to the park for a run.

I do NOT like it being dark when I leave work. I do NOT like not being able to ride my bike after work.

I'd actually be fine joining AZ and opting out!

Daylite savings time was instituted by FDR in WWII. Ostensibily to add daylite working hours in the defense industry. Never made much sense to me and I am glad to live in AZ where we do not partipate. Who needs more summer daylite when its 120 degrees out there?

I don't like daylight savings time either. I wish California would join Arizona and opt out of it.

I am so glad about it being lighter in the morning, but I will miss my hour of sleep. Fall Back for Fall Daylight Savings Time Change, Spring Forward for Spring Daylight Savings Time Change is how I remember what to do. I can never remember actually when it happens, so thanks for posting about this! Maybe I can ride my bike if it isn't too, too cold in the mornings earlier now! emoticon

I can't wait! It's the time of year I can actually start to fall asleep without staying up all hours of the night lol. The weather helps a bit too! We also start all our fun hang out events earlier because we do bonfires and instead of waiting until 9pm we start at 7 or 8 now!

I must really remember because I am church musician- wouldn't want to show up an hour early! But better than being an hour late next spring.

One extra hour of sleep will be nice but I'm not looking forward to the earlier darkness nor the effort required for my body to adapt to the change.....
