I am writing to you tonight because I am seeing you drifting away. The fire has died a little and you are getting off course. I have been noticing little changes over the last week or so. Your spark alarm has been turned off, your eating hasn't been as good, and your exercise is down a little too.
I know you are still working out and you do seem to be enjoying your weight training, for that I am very proud of you. I love that you now have two motivation boards and you work out area you have made is fabulous! I just want to give you a gentle reminder that you need this journey, for your health and your happiness. Think about how happy you were when you took off the first 5 lbs! You have only been at this for a short while and I just want to encourage you to keep going! I have every confidence in you and you can do what ever you set your mind to!
So please, take this time enjoy the journey and I will be there the whole way, supporting you, and cheering for you!I love you!
