So good I had the same thing for lunch and dinner today. Easy enough to take the ingredients for a work lunch and assemble it at work.

-Whole wheat tortilla
-2 wedges Laughing Cow light cheese
-Veggies of your choice (I love red and yellow pepper, lots of sweet onion and slices of cucumbers)
-Drizzle of light ranch dressing

Sounds so simple, but tastes amazing! Trust me and try it! :-)
