Hi! I am a Denise Austin fan and enjoy doing her workouts and reading her books. She is so upbeat and encouraging. I am challenging myself to complete one of her workouts everyday (except Sunday's in order to rest) and trying some of her recipes from her meal plans. I was wondering if anyone would like to join me on this challenge. You can find tons and tons of her workouts on you tube so there's no need to go out and spend tons of money buying the dvds.
