Hello and Welcome to SparkPeople!!

Unfortunately, there is not place for a child to track their information on SparkPeople because the program is designed for people 18 years of age and older. A child's nutritional needs are different than that of an adult. How old is your daughter? We do have a Sparkteens site for children 13-17yrs old but for internet safety concerns, the two sites are not linked together. www.sparkteens.com

Enjoy the resources here that can help you reach your goals!

Be well,
Kelly

Hello, new at this and have posted this in several chat rooms but no response. I have been severely depressed because of the expense to join a "health program". Thank the Lord I have found this site! Both my daughter and I need to lose weight. She needs to lose 15 lbs. and I need to lose 165lbs. We want to do this together. Is there such a thing as a child Tracker?
