Hi Ruanda and Welcome!! Mobius is correct but to break it down farther, click on the orange tab above on the far left called "MY TRACKERS" It will give you a drop down menu. On the drop down click on "OTHER GOALS" when you get to that page scroll down and you will see Fast Break Goals...you can then add and delete what you want those goals to be. If you have any trouble just ask we will help!! Holly

Fast track goals can be found under the orange tab my trackers and then other goals.

Hi. I am relatively new to Sparkpeople and have only just found out about the Spark Diet, and about the Fast Break stage. But I don't know where I must go to set up my initial goals. Can somebody please help me?
