I am going to try and make some this weekend. I'll post about it. hehe. I need to find a low calorie version of the sauce that usually comes with it.

Weekly goals-
Workout 4-5x a week.
Attend one yoga class a week.
No more sodas...
Track food, but don't get discouraged if I mess up.

Ha now I am craving fried green tomatoes ha.. well I will have to try baking them.

Here to make a change...not a quick fix..

WHITTY, you could do the fried green tomatoes using panko bread crumbs and bake them in the oven - similar to how you would do with chicken. For the dipping sauce, I'd do a spicy aoili using light mayo and hot sauce.

I have been having a majjoorrr craving for Fried Green Tomatoes with the delish sauce.

Anyone have any healthier version, or a kick ass sauce recipe
