Hi ;-) I am proud to say I have logged over 1500 minutes of exercise this month and lost 13 pounds last I checked. I've never done so well so consistently and I'm happy. If only I could say no to having a few drinks on the weekend my weight loss would be MUCH higher. Hope I can control myself a little better in the coming month. For any of you who are very heavy like me and want a great workout bike riding is a lifesaver! I started at about 5 miles in an hour and now I'm up to 8.4 miles in an hour with no aching joints etc. Good Luck All and Thanx for listening!!
