I ate an omelet w/ 1/2 cup of spinach & 1/2 cup of tomatoes & mushrooms. Then i had a fruit plate w/ 3 large strawberries, 6 chunks of fresh pineapple, 2 chunks of cantaloupe & 2 kiwis. With dinner i had steamed broccoli & corn on the cob?
Did i meet my daily serving of fruit & veggies?
Anyone have any other suggestions on how one could do that every single day?
