Thanks everyone. To start I'm going to try to drink a full water bottle before any diet soda. Hopefully it'll fill me up and I'll lose the craving

I limit my diet coke to 3 or 4 a week. I have read so much about diet soda and I never got the same answer if it were bad for me or not. Too many conflicting reports.......even the dr's can't descide. I use mine as a treat.

I never liked diet soda but my girlfriend loves it. She tries to cut down by only drinking it at certain times of the week....like only on weekends, as a treat.

I made myself start drinking my water first...drink 16 ounces of water and then see if you still want it... if you do drink it.

Im addicted to diet coke and have at least 3 or 4 cans a day! I know it's not good for you, but I just can't seem to stop drinking it. Anyone else have this problem or advice?
