sounds like a tasty dinner.

That sounds quite low calories for me, I prefer to have small breakfast and lunch and a big dinner, so my dinners are often around the 600 cal. mark. It all works out the same in the end though.

Tonight I am having asparagus ravioli with half-fat cheese sauce and salad.

Last night was chicken marinated in yoghurt with turmeric, cumin, ginger, and chilli, with spicy rice and corn on the cob.

I was excited tonight when I counted up the calories for my dinner tonight it was a total of:

465!!!

Now, that may seem high to some people but honestly anything below 500 is amazing to me especially for how filling it was! I also know that Bertolli Marinara sauce isn't the best but I don't have the time or money at the moment to make my own.

Dinner was as follows:
3 ounce b/s chicken breast
.75 cup Bertolli Marinara with Burgundy wine
44 g (dry) Instant white rice
63 g Sweet Corn kernels
73 g Green Beans

Then I even have room for desert which is my special treat for tonight!

Mock cheesecake with strawberries and peaches!
