That sounds quite low calories for me, I prefer to have small breakfast and lunch and a big dinner, so my dinners are often around the 600 cal. mark. It all works out the same in the end though.
Tonight I am having asparagus ravioli with half-fat cheese sauce and salad.
Last night was chicken marinated in yoghurt with turmeric, cumin, ginger, and chilli, with spicy rice and corn on the cob.
