Well done! I'm sure it's great to know that you CAN still eat out and make good food choices. If you can chose to eat healthy with so much temptation around you are well on your way to your weight loss goal. It's tough to pick the healthy option when there are so many delicious and fattening options available. What you did is a big achievement!

So I am new to this site and chose to go out to dinner with my husband tonight. We went to Ruby Tuesdays. We asked them not to bring the "complimentary" cheddar rolls, we both had the salad bar, we both ordered one of their "fit" menu items (the Chicken Bella was delicious!) and we skipped dessert! I am pretty proud of myself, in the past I would never have made those choices. It is early in my journey, but so far so good, and I'm going to keep making those positive steps to change my life!
