There is NOTHING wrong with you!!

Keep working and figuring things out.

I do well for a few days. Then poorly for a week. But I keep coming back. I think one day it will just "click" for me. But I think I still have some hard work to do. Probably some soul searching and some baggage to resolve. I sabotage myself.

But do stay with it. This life change will be well worth it. emoticon emoticon

There is a lot on this site and it is so easy to become overwhelmed at first. Take it one step at a time. Browse some of the teams every day until you find one you might be interested in, then you can join it. What I did, and am doing, is to look at my SparkPoints on the My Trackers pull down menu and look at different things to interest me. I have learned more about the site, read interesting articles, and explored the message board.

To help with motivation, just keep logging your food. I know it is a lot of work and easier said than done, but it is worth it in the end. That is my most challenging area, but if I don't log I go way overboard. It is worth it when you start to see the pounds begin to drop off. Good Luck!

I am having trouble staying motivated and entering the foods I eat daily. It seems like a lot of work or I do not know I am doing. It is hot and not motivated to exercise. I do write down what I eat everyday. I still have not joined a group. What's wrong with me?
