emoticon Raise the standard and obtain or sit on the sidelines and wish. Those are the thoughts that whirl through my brain. I know the choice is mine, either way I get to live with the results. I want awesome off the chart results, so I have to condition myself to do the hard work that is involved.

We all have various things that we need to do to maintain our health, obtain our fitness goals or
improve our lifestyle. I will be working on improving 6 area of my life that need constant attention.





emoticon Staying within my caloric intake level/increasing green veggie consumption
emoticon obtain enough sleep
emoticon emoticon emoticon Training with intensity and purpose.
emoticon Divine appointments, I need all the help I can get.
emoticon Embrace water consumption.
emoticon Self-Improvement, think different become different, in search of becoming a better vision of myself.
