We all have various things that we need to do to maintain our health, obtain our fitness goals or
improve our lifestyle. I will be working on improving 6 area of my life that need constant attention.
Staying within my caloric intake level/increasing green veggie consumption
obtain enough sleep
Training with intensity and purpose.
Divine appointments, I need all the help I can get.
Embrace water consumption.
Self-Improvement, think different become different, in search of becoming a better vision of myself.
