Love this thread haha! I've been thinking the same thing, so much negativity about one-worders. Some people just need to get over it, this is the Internet which means a million different personalities, so people can't take every post so seriously. And in honor of one-word posts....
I am way past needing points on Sparkpeople, I have been a member since 2008. I post because it keeps me grounded and if one word is enough for me, who are you to judge me? I have stayed active for 5 years and it works for me.

Yes, I'm busy, but I see one word answers as just another way to get points, and I think the original poster should be worth a few moments of my time to give a valid answer, and not just one word - for the sake of points. I may be in a minority, but I'm not here for the points; I'm here to track my weight, to get meaningful information or answers to my queries, and to share with others, if I've encountered a good piece of information.
