Definitely... I found that by using the nutrition tracker I have found areas I need to work on for my eating habits so I use it every day.

Quasi-Maintenance: 165 lbs. (June 2011)

Size 22W to Size 4

Currently maintaining within 5 lbs. (+ or -) of goal. I weigh daily, but also use a tape measure and the fit of my clothes to guage how well I'm doing.

Yes, SparkPeople is the website I use more than any others. In fact, about 90% of my time online is spent on SparkPeople. I even log in at friends' houses when I have a few spare minutes!
