I like to heat up the grill nice and hot, lid on, then put a digornos whole wheat pizza crust on there with spaghetti sauce, skim mozarella and lots and lots of delicious veggies.

I also like the chicken sausages that I have tried recently, only 150 calories each.

squash spears, tomato slices and asparagus grill up amazingly, as does a marinated portabella.

Finally, I haven't done it but I have heard that bananas on the grill, so they really caramelize are really good.

My better half does the grilling... as much as I love it, she can cook anything about a million times better, so I don't mind emoticon

Favourites are zucchini, onions, tomatoes, and lamb.

I use my grilling opportunities for the 20% of my eating that isn't as healthy as it should be!

Burgers, hot dogs, salads- bring 'em on! I'll run 3 or 4 miles and eat well the next day!

I like to put veggies in low fat dressing (or oil and vinegar) and then grill outside.
