At this time I do not. I am definitely looking into this. I have the gloves and weight bag. I'm looking for a fun alternative way to workout before winter arrives. My current workout is walking.

I do karate 2-3 times a week (currently purple belt) and we sometime have a kick boxing focus or do some in our fitness class.

It's a great workout! emoticon
