@GRB: is that what you do for traps? I already do those so that's three trap exercises I do: Shrugs, deadlifts & Military presses. God, I rock!

Sorry, I meant 1rm deadlift. I have to feel around a little from my 1RM. So at the end of my work sets, I'll take the lower end of a calculated 1RM and pull it. If I get it easily, I'll add 5 pounds, wait a couple of minutes, pull again. It's a little brutal, but I lurves it and it can get me past stuckage from time to time.
Once I got my regular routine down I started to think about other body parts that I had never really paid attention to. One day I noticed a dude at a restaurant that had protruding muscles coming from his bank and neck and I immediately thought to myself if my muscles there looked like that, they didn't. I did some research and found out that shoulder shrugs and upright rows were the key to getting them pumped.
I do shrugs every week now and I go as heavy as I can. My traps are starting to pop and age 50 I am totally surprised, lol!
