Once I got my regular routine down I started to think about other body parts that I had never really paid attention to. One day I noticed a dude at a restaurant that had protruding muscles coming from his bank and neck and I immediately thought to myself if my muscles there looked like that, they didn't. I did some research and found out that shoulder shrugs and upright rows were the key to getting them pumped.
I do shrugs every week now and I go as heavy as I can. My traps are starting to pop and age 50 I am totally surprised, lol!
