I prefer to eat six-seven times a day. My day starts at 4:45am so I have a greek yogurt, head to the gym, come home for breakfast, have a mid-morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack, a small dinner and sometimes an evening snack around 7pm.

Basically, I've barely lost weight in the past month and I know why. For some reason I've been really out of control on junk food. I don't know what it is, I just have to eat it! Usually when something like this happens, I get depressed (ironically leading to more sugar cravings) and start looking for different (but still healthy) methods of eating that will help me.
So does eating 6 meals a day work? I want to try it because in-between meals, even if I'm eating fruit I planned for, I generally tend to over snack and just end up eating junk. So far I've been good today, had a cheesy omelet (trying to eat more protein) for lunch instead of reaching for the chocolate biscuits (although I'm still thinking about them). The omelet has satiated me for the moment.
So how do you eat 6 meals a day? What constitutes as a "small meal"? I'm having trouble figuring it out and I want to see if this will stop me having and craving sugar so much. This lack of weight loss is killing me!
