Hey well done reaching one of your goals! I just checked my waist to hip ratio and it's .69 apparently which I find hilarious as that's supposed to be healthy yet I weigh 192 which is still technically obese??! I don't really understand it. So I'm overweight but the weight I have distributes itself well? I'm aiming for about 133lbs but it would be interesting to see what happens to my waist to hip ratio as I get smaller. I doubt it will change much tbh.
Awesome progress! I have looked into my waist-to-hip ratio...but it doesn't help that I have no waist! I am pretty much ruler-shaped with no defined waist (I have pics on my profile). BUT that's okay! I'm good with it & my boyfriend still likes me, haha

I've hit another goal and I am 2/3rds of the way there! 130 here I come!
Also, I found out that I have the 'perfect' waist to hip ratio for both health and attractiveness apparently (ha!) for my cultural background (of course everything is culturally relative say the anthropologist!). To quote wikipedia:
"A WHR of 0.7 for women has been shown to correlate strongly with general health and fertility. Women within the 0.7 range have optimal levels of estrogen and are less susceptible to major diseases such as diabetes, cardiovascular disorders and ovarian cancers"
I hit 0.7 on the dot! Others who display the .7 are Sophia Loren, Marilyn Monroe and the Venus de Milo :) Hips: ticket to health and hottness even if the jeans never fit right!
