I agree with the poster below and think you should add strength training I'm looking to do that myself.

The Lord is my strength and i know i can do better with the Lords help. The Lord laid it on my heart to start a team called GOD ANSWERS PRAYER AND I WOULD LOVE TO HAVE ANYBODY THAT WANTS HELP TO LOSE THEIR WEIGHT TO JOIN . I KNOW I CAN'T DO THIS WITHOUT THE LORDS HELP !

Congrats on the weight loss!

I'd add strength training / weight lifting. You need both cardio and ST in addition to a healthy eating plan.

Looks like what you're doing is working for you. Maybe start looking into different things you'd like to try though. That way, when you plateau, you'll have something set up already to get things kick started again. A good cardio work out you might consider is Zumba. You can go to classes, or like me, if you have an xBox with Kinects, you can buy the game. It really gets my blood pumping, and I know I've worked hard, but it's also incredibly fun. =)

For the last 3 Months i have been on a Diet and have lost 34 Pounds. Still have 70 Pounds to go,but i will get there. Trying to mix my Excersises from Walking 3 to 4 miles a day to 40 minutes every other day on the Elliptical, and in between walking. Does this sound ok, or do i need to do more Cardio workout's?
