Me, I think I'll stick to healthy safe ways to maximise the FAT lost, and minimise the loss of essential body tissues. I like having more muscle - it helps me burn more calories every day. I don't want to lose it by rapid weight loss.
Remember "weight" isn't just "fat". Losing weight that fast is significantly unhealthy, and mostly exposes you to significant risks of gaining it all back again. Good luck!
