Congratulations on your water, muscle, organ tissue and bone density loss. If that is what drives you, I'm happy for you to have seen progress.
Me, I think I'll stick to healthy safe ways to maximise the FAT lost, and minimise the loss of essential body tissues. I like having more muscle - it helps me burn more calories every day. I don't want to lose it by rapid weight loss.
Remember "weight" isn't just "fat". Losing weight that fast is significantly unhealthy, and mostly exposes you to significant risks of gaining it all back again. Good luck!

I just started the Dukan Diet and I've lost 8lbs in 7 days. My attach Phase lasted 5 days. I having all protein days alternating with a protein veggie day. So far all my cravings for processed food have been eliminated. The waist line on my paints is loser than the week prior to starting.
