i use naturegg simply egg white (i am in canada so not sure if they sell in US) and i eat them with one regular egg. i checked the package and they are just egg whites no filler or perservatives (must use in 7 days of opening). for me this is better option because i eat eggs just about everyday and eating 2 eggs with yolk was a cholesterol issue for me ( i am tracking and noticed it was high) also i can't afford to throw out the yolk( a carton of 32 egg whites is 6 dollars where i live. that lasts me a whole month on top of our normal 1 carton of eggs)

I use the carton egg whites all the time.
The only ingredient I see listed on the carton is 'egg whites', no additives or other fillers listed.

Sometimes I use a combination of the containers of egg whites, plus one whole egg.
The containers are strictly egg whites (unless they're "egg creations" or "egg beaters" - in which case they are some sort of mixture).

If you're only eating whites; it may be a little pricy to buy just the whites, but if you're throwing out the yolks, then it probably weighs out in the end.

I prefer eggs in their original container. emoticon
The liquids seem to have more calories and other additives, and they are more expensive.

I don't think it makes a difference. I buy egg whites to make myself omelets in the morning, but still use regular eggs for baking.

sometimes I buy All Whites and they are good, but it is cheaper to buy whole eggs and separate yourself. I usually have 1 whole egg and 3 additional whites, The yolks have lutien in them, which is really good for your eyes.

I've been eating a lot of eggwhites lately and can't get enough. I usually just seperate the whites, but have started thinking about perhaps just buying the jugs of liquid eggwhites. Does anyone have any thoughts on these? Do they taste the same? Have the same nutritional value? Any one brand better than the other?
