Got off track a bit last week...didn't do terrible with eating, but didn't quite make it to my excersize minutes...made the burn mark though...restarting this week...although the food this weekend is probably going to be a problem...we are camping, without kids, as a way to celebrate our 11th anniversary. No possible way the food intake is going to be under my caloric intake goal...I'll be lucky if I don't excede it by a lot...Hope to balance it out a bit by taking lots of long walks on the trails in the area. Can't wait to go!

Oy...the caloric intake part of loosing weight is killing me! We naturally eat pretty healthy in my house as we grow a great deal of our own produce....none of it helps reach caloric intake goals...but it does fill me up when combined with a small amount of protien. I don't eat till I get to that "I can't take another bite or I'll be sick" feeling...just happily full....Not sure how to remedy this...but I am seeing improvements in my weight. I guess if I don't starve myself, and eat what my body can handle, I'll be ok.

Way over-did the excersize bit this week...I didn't plan on it, but the town festival was this weekend, and I'm not willing to drive 2 miles, pay $5 to park, if I can find a spot to park when I can walk...of course walking means either pulling my daughter in her wagon, or pushing her in the stroller for the two parades they have...Everybody had a great time, and I came home knowing I had an excersize free evening as I'd already done/over-done mine at the festival! Don't think I'll be going quite so far over-board again soon but this weekend it was a neccessity...

Another busy day...only difference is...I met my caloric intake goal..usually end up not quite there...Looking forward to a crazy busy weekend filled with lots of walking and pulling two kids in a wagon...so I took tonight off as far as excersize goes...already met my goal for the week on the number of calories I need to burn...just need to get another 80 minutes in...doubt that'll be a problem.

Weighed myself a day early...and I've got to say it's fun seeing the volleyball on the bottom of my posts move! I'm down another 2 pounds...so 22 to go...I've already started working out a bit today...hubby's on a fire run so I can do the excersizes wihout worrying about him watching (he wouldn't say anything negative about it...I just prefer he not watch...). I'll probably do steps before I go to bed since I know supper isn't going to be the healthiest (home made pizza...mine will be loaded with veggies, and a few pepperonies...) but it's a weekly request in this house...and just moving it from Saturday to Sunday is cause for some mild disapointment from my 8 year old son.

Overall...I'm still feeling better, have more energy, and am still motivated to work towards my goal everyday.

nearly finished my second week on here...and things are still going well. I'm not always reaching my goal for caloric intake, but at least I'm missing it on the low end rather than going above. I'm just not hungry enough to eat more I guess. Need to work on that a bit though if I want to keep my metabalizm from dropping...

I've gone way over my excersize goal again. I'm trying something different every day, and that seems to be helping me loose weight much better than just running and steps every night. Best of all...I'm feeling healthier and have more energy than I had...probably a good thing because I need it at work!

Getting ready to start a second week on here...I'll weigh myself first thing in the morning and hopefully see some change there.
Didn't do a lot this weekend...most of my workouts were done while scrubbing rooms, carrying loads of laundry and potatoes (we got about 10 bushel from our garden...I know it sounds a bit old fashoned, but hey...I don't have to pay for it for nearly an etire year...) and various other household chores...story of every weekend. Might have worried about how that effected my weight loss, except I went into the weekend needing only 25 minutes of workout time, and I'd already went way over my goal for how many calories I needed to burn...If this works...

Day four on here...and while I'm not able to post daily, I have yet to skip on the excersize...Yesterday I ate better, and did 30 min. of steps...and the excersizes generated through the workout generator a couple days ago...

Ate pretty well (still could eat a bit and stay within my range there)...haven't worked out yet...planning on doing the bollywood video that is on here, and probably check out a couple of others...but I'm not doing that till the hubby leaves for Thursday night meeting...really don't need him teasing about my lack of rhythm yet...maybe by the time I get the weight off, I'll have developed some and won't worry about him watching that so much. I've already put in enough time excersizing that I could take a break from it over the weekend so I can spend more time doing laundry, cleaning the kitchen, scrubbing bathrooms, and mopping floors...somehow, I think the excersize will be more fun though.

Thought forcing myself to write down what I've done so far might help force me to stay on track so....
I joined yesterday to finish taking the last 25 pounds off after getting stuck and regaining 5, and s far so good...
Yesterday I tried the bollywood video on here...and I think it kicked my butt...was whiped out and sore today, but I always figured there's a reason behind the saying "no pain no gain..."
Today, I did crappy at lunch (Lee's Famous Chicken called my name through a friend at work), but I made up for it (I hope) by jogging for 30 min and using the workout generator on here...love that feature on this site!
Goal for tomorrow: work out in the evening, and a much healthier lunch!
