Wow, great job!

10 pounds/month might be a little much. I only mention it because I'd hate for you to get discouraged if it doesn't happen. Generally 2lb/week is considered 'fast' weight lost.

AND I've lost 12 lbs!!! I couldn't be anymore excited, and I'm so incredibly motivated! I know I can lose all of this extra weight and in a good amount of time. My goal is 10 lbs a month at least, that would be perfect! But the first month it'll be more, 'cause I've already lost more than that. Keeping strong and motivated! Good luck everyone!!! :)
