You have to add cardio in to get rid of fat over abs

At the top of the page, go to "Healthy Lifestyle" and select "FITNESS". You can take a look at exercise demonstrations that target your core. My personal faves are the bicycle crunch and the plank (both front and side). Start with 30 seconds with the plank, and then increase your time each session.
I do full body work outs and i have a muffin top so to speak, i do sides to sides (to get rid of the side fat) and i do crunchs (hoping that would take away the far from my stomach) but what exercise would help on the front belly area that i can do at the Gym, to get that smaller?
