I was a walker for years, but did I like other kinds of exercise? No, no, and again, no! However, THAT was before I found Sparkpeople. When at work I actually day dream about exercise!! This may sound a bit bizarre, but it is absolutely true.
Here are 3 good reasons to exercise:
1. You will feel fit. 2. You will be fit. 3. You will have a fantastic glow about you.

Yes I have learnt to love my exercises now...I do them 3x a day and I have so much, fun doing them and I am happy that you are also loving yours...and yes I have pain but like they say no pain no gain lol...it has been years since I have used my muscles so I am now doing what I have to do again.

I went to a step aerobics class today and had an absolute blast! I got in a great workout and feel fantastic about it. A great way to beat the regularity of exercise is to take classes like this one. I highly recommend it! Woo Hoo!!
