Hello Sparkers, I hope this day is going well for you. This is the day that the Lord hath made!

I am shift worker like many others in America; however, I work twelve hour shifts and with travewl time and preperation, it takes my day. On my days off my wife and I do water aerobics and other things at the gym. Since some weeks I am at work for so long I decided to do some things different. I can do stair climbing and to make it harder I skip steps sometimes. On times when we have to wait, I can do push-ups and I life more at a time. I have had to figure out changes I can do to keep challenged. Just thought I would share that.
