MBDESCH these are great goals. I am notorious for lying to myself and using self-justification to make myself feel better. Your goals will be really helpful to have them posted to remind you daily what you are trying to achieve.

I am tracking my calories, I want to stretch for 5 minutes a day, and I want to post my goals somwhere my fiance and I can see them.

I picked these because I think I lie to myself about what I actually eat and just tell myself I'm trying to eat well.

I am a nurse and my back is killing me so I want to stretch each day to avoid any injuries. Easy to stay motivated for.

And I want to post my goals so I can hold myself accountable and my fiance will be less likely to suggest things that go against what I am doing.

What you get by achieving your goals is not as important as what you become by achieving your goals.

This is a great way to stay accountable on your FastBreak goals. Good luck, and let us know how you did today. We're cheering for you!

1) Eat a piece of fruit at least once a day

2) 10 minutes of exercise 4 times per week.

3) Drink at least 64 ounces of water a day 3 times per week.

4) Create a non-food reward system for when I meet these goals.
