Getting 8 hours of sleep is my motivational Fastębreak goal. It is a challenge because I am not good sleeper and now that the days are getting shorter, it will be a continued challenge until next June. I would love to be a morning person but I am not blessed in this way So I must work with what I have.
Is your motivation goal too foreign, or too aggressive for where you are at this time in your life?
When doing FastBreak, you want goals that you can achieve, so that you can build momentum and springboard form that success on to the next goal. Do you mind sharing what your motivational goal is, and I'll see if I can help make it easier to achieve.
I'm not sure if this will help but I've been using SparkPeople on and off for about 2 years now. I never make it past my fast break goals!! Even trying to restart this week, I've found myself doing 1 and not the others, etc. But what helped my with the one that I've done (these measly 3 days) is just asking myself to try one just for that day and not even thinking about trying to do it a whole week. The one that I've been sticking with has gotten me amped up to sneak another one in and when I can manage all three at the same time, I think I'll be in good shape. Not sure if this applies to you but I really hope it helps!

I'm usually very good at working on my nutrition and fitness fast break goals, but I find the motivational one harder for me.
Is anyone else having a similar issue? Anyone have suggestions that can help?
