This week has been great! I finally stuck to my plans. I counted every morsel that entered my mouth. I walked for an hour in the morning and an hour at night. Counting calories and working my body has allowed me to lose 5 pounds in a week. I didn't starve myself, actually I ate to complete satisfaction. I'm so motivated and Sparkpeople.com has helped me tremendously. Everyday I visit this site and seek motivation and find it every time. I'm feeling good just like I knew I would :) Thanks Spark People and Woooo Hoooo!!!
