Congrats on the goal met and the upcoming wedding.
Can you incorporate some jogging in w/ the walking? Maybe do some sprinting here & there to shock those muscles & metabolism? emoticon emoticon

I weighed myself three times to make sure but I have finally reached my first goal of 150! My new goal is to lose 30 more pounds before I get married. Anyone with ideas on how to rev up my walks without bringing weights along please leave a message.....
