It is good to know one is in control. I had more to eat over this weekend (read in more carbs than usual) and I have lost a bit of weight. Sometimes just having a change is good.

I'm on maintenance now and for the past 3 months, I've been very careful (read: obsessive) with my new lifestyle - measuring everything, living on a 'strict diet mentality'. Finally relaxed at dinner last night and allowed myself to have some cake, risotto and bread! Woohoo! Weighed myself this morning - only a 400g gain! Of course, I still made smart food decisions and controlled my intake (2 bites of bread, 2 tbsps of risotto, 1.5 slices of cake (!!!)) but I'm glad I was able to try everything!
I'm so happy! WOOHOO!
