Love the fact that people are saying you look skinny....the heck with the scale and if its not being nice....just keep going the scale will come around!

Usually, especially if you're weight training, your body will show the changes before the scale will.

Well, my husband was on a trip with his family and when he returned he and my stepdaughter both said I looked skinnier! Also a recent photo I took my husband looked at it and said I looked skinny! Now if the scale would cooperate, maybe I could believe it! emoticon emoticon
