Motivation is a really big problem for me too. I get on here and go wild for a few weeks and then drop off for months. I'm just trying to really feel good about always coming back to Sparkpeople for now. On some level that's progress, right? Is there anything you do that could be a silver lining thought to hold onto for your situation??

Do you already have an outfit for the occasion or something the same size as what you realistically hope to wear? Hang it where you can see it often. Try it on every few days. Get a picture in your mind of what you will look like in the outfit. I'm planning a trip to Disneyland and I want to have lots of energy and enthusiasm. My outfit is symbolic of that.
I can do hard things.

I like to go on tumblr and search fitspiration blogs and pictures, it really helps me get motivated when i'm feeling kinda slack.

I was wondering if anyone can help me find some motivation to stick to my goals. In the past, my motivator was my mother, but I fell off the wagon and she got tired of pushing me when I couldn't push myself. Now I'm trying to get in shape for my step-brother's wedding in 3 months and I need your help.
