Avoid sugars/starches as they spike INSULIN and then make the stomach pump out the hunger hormone GHERLIN and so we want to eat more sugar/starches.

Congrats...I know if you utilize this site and everything it has to offer you will be successful and become healthy. I am back with a different mindset this time and am seeing some success already.

This is my first time signing into this and I hope by doing this it really helps with my will Power of doing it. Afraid that I might slack off but going to try real hard really need to loose the weight.
