AWESOME, Jennifer!!!! Way to go!!!!!!!!! I'm inspired. I've picked a 5k to do too. I'm not going to do a timed one either, but it gets me into the fitness/training mode.

I decided just a few weeks ago to prepare and do a 5k! I finished it. I did not do the timed version, but my plan is to train for that next summer! I did it!!! I never would have thought I could do it! Today is my 3 month Sparkversary and am celebrating with a total of 49 pounds off so far! emoticon
