I was really surprised when I got on the scale today! I didn't anticipate losing that much weight my first week. I was kind of beating myself up because I had really good days and really bad days. I think the thing that surprised me the most is how honest I was with tracking. I put every single thing down that I put in my mouth and it was simple. Yay me!! Now I have to work on the bad days when I went over my calorie count.
