Four minutes of cardio at a time isn't really recommended as trackable.
Why not just put the entire time into the Quick Track as "PT Session"?

The best way to estimate the calories burned for that kind of workout would be to wear a heart rate monitor. Otherwise, I'd add up the time you went at various speeds and add them as separate entries in the fitness tracker.

This morning was my first season with the trainer, I actual enjoyed it! She has me doing interval weight training. Love it, she had me do things that I didn't think I could do, because I hadn't tried but I did them.
How do I track that kind of a workout? I know I walked for 3 mins, jogged 1... did some weight training, back to the treadmill... 2 sets.
