CLARISSABOND, you are such an inspiration to all of us. Losing weight and getting fit is where it's at! It feels so good to feel good! People (other than us Sparkpeeps) just don't believe they can completely change their lives for the better. You're proving it's possible, do-able, and fun!

When I began my fitness journey I weighed over 350 pounds. I could not walk from one end of my very small home to the other without experiencing pain in my lower back. I have lost 76 pounds, but moreover I am moving. I went to a political rally today/tonight (Moral Mondays, NC) and walked and stood for 3 and 1 half hours without sitting, or even leaning! Thank you SparkPeople.
