I'm NOT underweight now - I'm right in the middle of my normal weight for my height. My goal is to really SEE pelvic bones with no fat over them. I can see ribs, but still not the elusive pelvic bones. And, when I reach "underweight" - only then will I feel confident enough to try to quit smoking. Just about every woman gains weight when they quit - and I am far from having enough wiggle room to risk it.

If you lost 10 pounds, you say you might not notice it; but, if you are underweight now, everyone else will definitely notice it.

I'm just under 5'1" - with really tiny bones. Although the charts say I'm already "normal" - when I see how I look, if I lost 10 pounds more, I wouldn't miss it. But I'm kind of stuck where I am now. Still working on losing more, though.

I don't know how tall you are but 106 lbs sounds sooo tiny already! Congrats on hitting your goal weight! emoticon

But . . . I seem to be stuck where I am.I should have set my original goal lower, because there is still a way to go to really be thin again. I'm back to my majorette weight and in all my tiny clothes, but not quite "beach body" ready. Still working on it every day! Exercising and tracking absolutely everything.
