My grief has more to do with the company rather than the program. I returned this program because of the disappointing experience I encountered with customer service representative Rebecca. I called to dispute a withdrawal from my checking account regarding an online service that I had not authorized. I asked for a credit, and she said that I would not receive one; I could use the service for 30 days and then cancel. I insisted that I did not want this service, had not used it, and had not authorized it and I wanted to speak with a manager or a supervisor. She refused several times to connect me to a customer service supervisor. After going back and forth for what seemed like forever, I told her that I would return the entire product(which I did), and I would continue to call back every hour, only then did she state that she would request a supervisor to call me. I have not received a call to this date.
After settling down a bit and reenacting the conversation over in my head, knowing that the call was being recorded, I realized that this must be a common practice. Is how The Food Lovers System makes money? There are probably countless other customers that have been hustled out of $65 (the online service) or more from this company. If this has happened to you, call your credit card company, file a claim, and they will investigate and issue you a credit.-But who wants to go through all of that! I believe that this company is not trustworthy. Buyer Beware.
