Oh please dont let that make you give up, i had a hard time looking upsome of the foods too , i just looked upstuff individually for instance if i had an omelet and used 1 egg, cheese,onions,and bell pepper.Then you can use the drop down to pick cups or tablespoons.Then i saved some in favorites if i thought i would use it again .It started making it much easier to track my foodfor the day .Come on you can do it ! positive thinking works
I'm back after 2 years and I think I'm realizing why I left- I find it difficult to keep up with the food journals and insuring that that amounts of things i eat are accurate. I also don't like doing the exercise journaling. It's tedious, time consuming and the system to which we track is not easy enough to make me want to do it. Example- when I went to put in my ham and cheese omelette that I had for breakfast it didn't give me that as an option. It was made for me so I don't know exactly how much of things were used to make it. Either way its stressing me and frustrating me. *sigh
