I replied on another thread, what are you eating to equal your calories? The type of food becomes as important as the amount of food as we age. Hormones, slowing metabolism all come into play. For me, personally, refined carbs don't work, in fact they cause me to retain so much water I increase my weight even though my calories are in range and excercise is regular. I went through a shredded wheat binge earlier in the week. I gained 5 pounds in 3 days which would mean I ate a dump truck full of shredded wheat when in fact it was maybe 3-4 bowls in 3 days?...I'm on day 2 of my own save my sanity 72 hour diet, the five pounds are GONE! post what you are eating and see if we can help you tweak it!

Thank you, I have increased my protein, and also increased the cardio, hopefully something will work.

It sounds to me that you may be not eating enough. I would encourage you to make sure you are getting enough calories and are eating the right calories. Personally I found that by increasing my protein intake I started loosing weight.
Other than that I would encourage you to stay with it. This takes time. You did not get to your current weight in 2 months, and you will not get to your target weight in 2 months. I looked at my Spark Journey as life style change not a diet. Anyone can diet, but it it harder to make a lifestyle change.

Started on 1/3 and still at the same weight,
I walk 4 miles at least 5 days a week , at 3.5 to 4 miles an hour. I do a cardio tape 2-3 days a week, and am stepping over 10000 steps on most days.
I meals during the week are about 1200 calories, one week i lost 4 and then it is back.
I don't know what else to do to - my goal was 40 by 40.. Any suggestions. !
