I'm with you guys. Weekends and nights, I lose control. I've done a little better the past three weeks since I got back SP but it's still a struggle. Keep getting on the boards when you are losing control, read success stories, it helps me sometimes.
When I go overboard (like I did today!) I try to immediately start over. I just got back from a 2 mile walk/jog and walked the dog after that. I jumped on here to see what everyone else is doing.
I am in the same boat as you SKYPILOT711! I am working so hard all day every day then comes 8pm and bam all self control gone! I start eating everything I worked so hard at the whole day! Right now as I type I am talking myself out of that huge bowl of cereal I really want because I'm upset about something else blah.... I guess all we can do is keep sparking don't give up because in the end it does work! Good luck to you! I can't wait to see some more replies I need help too!

I've been struggling with this for such a long time and I have succeeded in the past. It frustrates me so much that I just can't seem to make the lifestyle change. The changes I make only last for a few days and then I collapse into a binge. Then I get stuck in that for another month until I start eating appropriately again, which only lasts for a few days and then I fall back into bingeing again. I have so many reasons to lose the weight but I just can't seem to make myself make that deep change. I can't just wait around for it to happen... I don't want to waste anymore of my life being like this. How did you finally make that lifestyle change??
