I've been struggling with this for such a long time and I have succeeded in the past. It frustrates me so much that I just can't seem to make the lifestyle change. The changes I make only last for a few days and then I collapse into a binge. Then I get stuck in that for another month until I start eating appropriately again, which only lasts for a few days and then I fall back into bingeing again. I have so many reasons to lose the weight but I just can't seem to make myself make that deep change. I can't just wait around for it to happen... I don't want to waste anymore of my life being like this. How did you finally make that lifestyle change??
