Today was measurement day and stayed the same, total inches lost 24. Did walking today and hit 10,256. But I think it is itting its' toll on me. I am 72 1/2 yrs. old and have COPD and i could hardly make it I think 10,000 steps is enough for me. But I went into SPARKAMERICA hit states went into Michigan and I am in 4th place for fitness minutes for April. I was shocked but you know your limits. I am pooped si I will take a emoticon . GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR GOALS, GOD BLESS YOU AND WE CAN DO THIS !!! emoticon .
