Hello, My name is Pamela

My goal is to gain control over various things in my life. I would like to enjoy more time with my family. I would love not to be so emotional about things that I do not have control over. Now, I have implemented a daily walk to get some of my frustrations out. I have joined a yoga class which is great. I have found trying new things can be a good thing. Instead of think and worrying about the things I can't control! emoticon
